About the Candidate
A Leader Rooted in Mississippi
Ivana Williams is a Rankin County-raised Mississippi native, mother of four, business owner, educator, and former law enforcement officer. A graduate of Pearl High School and Mississippi College, she also holds a master’s degree in Homeland Security. Williams’ professional background includes municipal policing and service as a Mississippi Highway Patrol state trooper. Her campaign for governor focuses on government accountability, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, public education, workforce development, rural health care, affordable housing, and support for small businesses
She believes in a government that is transparent, accountable, and truly bipartisan — one that puts results ahead of politics.
